Two units will be studied:
8607-520 Assessing your own Leadership Capability and Performance
8607-519 Developing and Leading Teams to Achieve Organisational Goals & Objectives
We will briefly cover ‘Study Skills’ at the beginning of the course, to help candidates research and write assignments effectively.

We will briefly cover ‘Study Skills’ at the beginning of the course, to help candidates research and write assignments effectively.
For level 5 we would usually ask that the candidate is in a suitable job role, and has studied at level 4 previously as skills in reading literature, citing and referencing, and critical evaluation are required.
Two written assignments, set by ILM. There are no exams, and no pass or fail outcome.
This course is ideal for:
